I am Willka Guzman, founder of Chaska Spirit and a specialist in Colombian wood therapy for many years.
Every day, I have had the good fortune to practice an exciting profession: supporting my clients through manual massage, lymphatic drainage, and wood therapy.
But over time, I also discovered another reality.
Wood therapy is a remarkable method, but it is also a very physical practice. Movements are repeated day after day, tensions appear, aches sometimes take hold, only to disappear before returning again.
At 45, I asked myself an essential question:
How can I continue to practice this profession I love, while preserving my body?
I did not want to give up wood therapy. I wanted to help it evolve.
The reality for professionals⊠and for individuals alike
In the spa, we know that getting results requires consistency.
But this reality also exists at home.
Many people start a self-massage routine with great motivation. However, after a long day of work, it becomes difficult to find the energy needed to use manual tools for several dozen minutes.
Letâs be honest: when it requires too much effort, tools often end up at the back of a drawer.
It is not a lack of willpower.
It is simply that our days are already very full.
Today, we need solutions that allow us to take care of ourselves effectively, without adding an extra burden to our daily lives.
The birth of Chaska Flow
I then began to imagine another approach.
An approach that would make it possible to:
* preserve the bodies of professionals;
* facilitate at-home self-massage;
* maintain the principles of wood therapy;
* massage without effort;
* obtain visible results through consistency.
I tested several prototypes.
I modified the shapes, the weight, the materials.
I wanted tools that were:
* pleasant to use;
* effective;
* simple;
* sufficiently lightweight;
* adapted for both professionals and individuals.
That is how the first Chaska electric roller was born.
Very quickly, my clients at the salon asked me where they could find it to continue their routine at home.
I then decided to make it accessible to as many people as possible.
But I didn't want to stop there.
A collection designed as a protocol
Over time, I developed a complete collection inspired by my experience in the field.
Today, this collection has a name:
Chaska Flow
It brings together five complementary electric rollers, each with a specific function.
The goal is not to choose "the strongest" or "the best for cellulite."
Because in reality, there is no single miracle tool.
Every person is different.
Needs vary according to:
* skin sensitivity;
* desired goals;
* the areas to be worked on;
* the type of cellulite;
* massage experience.
Chaska Flow should be viewed as a complete protocol, in which each tool brings something different.
The 5 tools of the Chaska Flow collection
1. The silicone electric roller
The silicone roller is often the entry point into the Chaska Flow universe.
It is ideal for:
* stimulating tissues gently;
* preparing the skin;
* supporting drainage routines;
* facilitating regular self-massage.
It allows you to massage without effort:
* thighs;
* abdomen;
* arms;
* legs.

Why is it difficult to answer: "Which is the best roller?"
This is probably the question I am asked most often.
"Which one is the most effective against cellulite?"
The reality is that there is no universal answer.
The best tool depends on:
* your sensitivity;
* your habits;
* your goals;
* your experience;
* the areas involved.
That is why it is important to understand that Chaska Flow is a global approach.
The tools have been designed to work together.
Manual technique still has its place
Even though Chaska Flow represents a real evolution in my practice, I remain deeply attached to manual techniques.
Touch, listening to the body, and the quality of movements remain essential.
Today, I like to say that my practice is composed of:
30% manual techniques and 70% Chaska Flow.
This combination allows me to continue practicing my passion while preserving my body.

Chaska Flow was born from a simple conviction:
taking care of yourself should not be synonymous with excessive effort or pain.
Whether you are a wellness professional or a fan of at-home self-massage, it is possible today to integrate innovative tools that facilitate consistency.
Because in the end, results do not rely solely on the intensity of the movements.
They rely above all on constancy, discipline, and the pleasure of taking care of yourself.
And what if wood therapy could evolve without losing its essence?
That is exactly the mission of Chaska Flow.
