1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the sale of online training courses offered by Chaskaspirit. By purchasing an online training course, you accept these T&Cs without reservation.

 2. Service Description
Our online training courses include videos, documents, and educational resources available on our platform. Each course is described in detail on our website.

3. Ordering
Orders for online training courses are placed directly on our website. After selecting a course, you will be asked to complete the necessary information and make the payment. An order confirmation will be sent to you by email.

 4. Pricing and Payment
Course prices are indicated in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes. Payment is made by bank card or any other payment method indicated on our site.

 5. Access to Courses
Once payment is validated, you will receive an email containing the information to access the online training course. Access to the content is generally immediate and unlimited, unless otherwise stated.

 6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation, you have a period of 14 days from the date the contract is concluded to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your reasons or pay penalties.

However, this right of withdrawal no longer applies if you have started to access the course content (less than 20% of the content) with your prior agreement and after having acknowledged the loss of your right of withdrawal.

 7. Refund Policy
If you exercise your right of withdrawal within the legal timeframe and have accessed less than 20% of the course content, you will be fully refunded within 14 days of receipt of your request.

If you have started to access (more than 20%) the content, no refund will be issued, in accordance with our refund policy and Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

 8. Liability
We are committed to providing high-quality training that complies with the descriptions on our site. However, we cannot be held responsible for platform interruptions or malfunctions that are not attributable to us.

9. Intellectual Property
All training content, including videos, documents, and other resources, is protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our privacy policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and securing your information.

 11. Amendment of T&Cs
We reserve the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The new terms will apply to any new order placed after they are posted on our site.
